The natural guts come from the animals intestines of cattle bovine, ovine, porcine and even equine.

The natural guts has many advantages: excellent elasticity, resistence, does not contribute unwanted flavors, improves and complements the natural secretions and quality of the meat, has aptitude to be kept tender, improves,too, the flavor and finall aspect of the product.

In addition, of course, to say, it is totally eatable.

Storage: Buckets or barrels plastic.

Traceability: A batch number assigned to the production guarantees a correct monitoring of the product. From slaughter up to final use.
